Safe Harbor

Safe Harbor Crisis Center in Davis County Utah, provides temporary housing and services for victims of domestic violence and their children. The shelter operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To eligible residents, we offer:

  • Safe and secure housing
  • Food, clothing, and household goods
  • Crisis-support services for adults and children
  • Help with housing, employment, social, and medical services
  • Counseling and education about domestic violence
  • Life-skills training and support groups

Title IX Student Advocate

The Title IX Student Advocate assists students who have experienced sexual harassment or sexual misconduct on campus. Please contact the Director of Student Services at 801-593-2319.

UTA Transit Pass

Davis Technical College is providing students and staff/faculty an ed-pass for use on Frontrunner, TRAX, and UTA buses. Go to for more information.

Bountiful Food Pantry

In cooperation with Davis Tech's Culinary Arts program, The Bountiful Food Pantry provides Pantry Packs, which include one day of food plus vouchers for weekly box of food. Eligible students may also receive a coupon for a hot meal at the Davis Tech Café

Blomquist Hale

Davis Tech's student assistance program offered through Blomquist-Hale can help students through virtually any stressful life situation or problem. Students must be actively enrolled. Call the 24-hour access toll-free at 800-926-9619.

Pantry Smiles

Davis Tech has an agreement with the Utah Food Bank and Pantry Smiles to provide free dental services using the Davis Tech dental clinic. Interested students can call the Bountiful Food Pantry to inquire about the "Pantry Smiles " program: 801-299-8464.

Davis Behavioral Health

Davis Behavioral Health, Inc. is a private, nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide behavioral health care. Midtown Community Health Center

Midtown Community Health Center has served Northern Utah since 1994, providing comprehensive medical, oral health, pharmaceutical, and mental health care services. They offer services with physicians, mid-level providers, mental health therapists, and dentists. Click here to visit their website

Behavioral Addictions Programs

Behavioral addictions are classified as process addictions and include activities like sex, gambling, spending and exercising. Drug and alcohol addictions are classified as substance addictions. The difference lies in what you are addicted to. With a behavioral addiction, it is often the process or the procedure involved in the activity that you become addicted to.
